1. Help Center
Right now you're reading this from our Help Center. No matter where you are, on the front page or inside an article, there's a search field present, which you can use to search for your answer. From the front page you see the categories:
- Getting started with GenieBelt
- Frequently asked questions
- My Profile
- Plans, Pricing & Billing
In each of these you find a number of articles with guidance and answers to your questions. However, if you can't find your answer just hit Submit a request and let us know what's bothering you.
2. Help menu inside web application
Whenever you're using GenieBelt web, you can easily find help directly inside the application. In top right corner you find the Help menu, which looks like this:
When pressing the Help menu, a new window will pop up in the right side of the screen. It looks a bit like this:
All you have to do now is type your feedback, issue, problem or whatever in the Start a conversation... field. Finish off by pressing Send and we will get it instantly.
As soon as we respond to you, the message will appear on screen in the bottom right corner. You can click it to see the entire message, or you can click on the Help menu. Your messages with us will always appear in this dialog.
3. Email Support
If you prefer to send a good ol' email, you're more than welcome to do so. Just click here or send your email to support @ geniebelt.com.
